HOW CAN I GET THE CARDS?

There are two ways. The first is to buy a pack of five random cards called GIFTZ. You can do this from the vending machine in the Wallet, where they cost $5 while stocks last. The machine will be restocked every 3.5 days. If you don't want to wait, you can purchase them on the secondary market by buying GIFTZ from other users in any DEX. The GIFTZ will be opened in the Mythical Creatures Wallet. The second way is to buy the cards you want from any player offering them at a DEX.

WHAT IS CRAFTING?

Crafting is a game mechanic that allows you to combine your repeat cards into a random card of the next higher rarity. If you have 5 common cards of the same type, you can craft a random rare card. Depending on the rarity of the card you want to craft, the cost in GEM, the in-game currency of Mythical Creatures, may be higher.

WHAT IS MORPHING?

Morphing is a game mechanic that allows you to morph (exchange) your cards to one random card of the same rarity. If the random card is the same card that you morphed, there is a small chance to get an additional random card back. Morphing is not without costs, depending on the card rarity you want to morph, costs in GEM might be higher.

ARE ALL THE CARDS EQUALLY EASY TO GET?

No. There are four types of creatures: common, rare, epic and special. The most difficult to get are the special cards, such as Tarasca, Grootslang, Marakihau, Sasquatch or Maruxaina. They cannot be drafted in a booster pack, they were given out as prizes in previous seasons of Mythical Beings.

YOU HAVE REPEATED CARDS?

You can trade them with other users to get the cards you need. You can use the Bridge to send them to any Polygon marketplace (OpenSea, Rarible, Elements, or polygon.mythicalbeings.io) and place your sell orders or accept the best offer. In these marketplaces you can sell your cards for wETH, MATIC, DAI, USDT or many other cryptocurrencies.Within the wallet itself, you can sell your cards for IGNIS. To do this, click on the 'trade' button of the card and the market page for that card will open. If you want to accept the best bid, simply create an ask for the same price. If it seems too low, you can make an ask for a higher price and wait for another user to accept it.

YOU CAN SPECULATE WITH THE CARDS PRICE

There will only be 10'000 of each common card, 5'000 of each rare and 2'500 of each epic. In addition to that, there will only be 250 Tarasca cards, 250 Grootslang cards, 250 Marakihau cards, 250 Sasquatch cards and 250 Maruxaina cards ever.

THE PURPOSE IS TO COLLECT

Like any collection of trading cards in the world, the motivation of the collector is not only to invest, but to learn and have fun. With this collection you will discover many legendary creatures of the world, as well as their home cultures of which, in many cases, you had never heard of. On top of that, collecting and exchanging cards with your friends or with strangers from anywhere in the world is always fun.

WHAT IS THE BOUNTY?

The Bounty is the reward system that powers the Mythical Beings universe. Every 3.5 days, tokens and prizes are distributed to players who burn NFTs to participate. It's much more than just a prize: it's a game strategy, a bet on the future value of your cards and a way to leave your mark on the ecosystem.

Important: Most of the revenue from card sales goes to Battlegrounds rewards, not to the Bounty. The Bounty takes a smaller, but key part to keep this mechanic active and sustainable.

HOW CAN I CLAIM THE BOUNTY?

You must burn NFTs from your collection. Each NFT burned gives you tickets for the current cycle's draw, depending on its rarity:
- Common→ 1 ticket
- Rare → 8 tickets
- Epic → 25 tickets
- Special → 100 tickets

The more tickets you have, the more chances you have to win.

What prizes can I win?

At the end of each 3.5-day cycle, multiple prizes are raffled among participants:
- 1 winner takes the entire pool of wETH collected in the cycle
- 7 winners receive a Special Letter
- 9 winners get 1,000 MANA, the governance token of the Mythical DAO
- All participants share 9,000 GEMs, proportional to the number of tickets.

WHAT IS MYTHICAL DAO?

It is the player-governed organization that participates in the evolution of the game. By earning MANA in The Bounty or acquiring it on the secondary market (such as UniSwap), you can vote, debate in the private Discord and propose new ideas for Mythical Beings. It's like a community of explorers with real decision-making power!

DO I HAVE TO SACRIFICE MY CARDS TO CLAIM THE BOUNTY?

Yes, by participating in the Bounty, one card of each creature in the Mythical Beings game will be burned. This reduces the total supply of cards and increases their scarcity, generating value for collectors and the market.

CAN I CLAIM THE BOUNTY AS MANY TIMES AS I WANT?
As many times as you want! Every cycle is a new opportunity. You just need to burn more cards to get new tickets.

WHAT HAPPENS, IF THERE ARE NO WINNERS FOR A WEEK?
If there are no eligible participants in a cycle, the amount accumulated in The Bounty is burned.

Special cards give benefits to the holders, each one is special in its own way

Tarasca

The holders of this card will receive a part (10%) of the collection proceeds from the sale of packs every cycle, in the form of dividends. As the card is scarcer, the fewer holders there are, the greater the amount they receive.

Marakihau

The holders of this card will receive a part of all GEM 1000 and 2,5% of the collection proceeds (wETH) from the sale of packs in the Vending Machine, that will be distributed in each cycle, in the form of dividends. As the card is scarcer, the fewer holders there are, the greater the amount they receive. Marakihau can also be used as a voucher that can be redeemd for a physical Mythical Beings Collectors Edition Board game incl. an Original Painting reprint with the Artists signature and the digital blockchain token to that reprinted painting.

Grootslang

The holders of this card will receive a part of all GEM 3000 GEM will be distributed each cycle, in the form of dividends. As the card is scarcer, the fewer holders there are, the greater the amount they receive.

Sasquatch

The holders of this card will receive a part of all GEM 1000 and 2,5% of the collection proceeds (wETH) from the sale of packs in the Vending Machine, that will be distributed in each cycle, in the form of dividends. As the card is scarcer, the fewer holders there are, the greater the amount they receive. Sasquatch can also it can be exchanged for a 50% discount code in the Mythical Beings Shop.

Maruxaina

The holders of this card will receive a part of all GEM 1000 and 2,5% of the collection proceeds (wETH) from the sale of packs in the Vending Machine, that will be distributed in each cycle, in the form of dividends. As the card is scarcer, the fewer holders there are, the greater the amount they receive.

Sumangâ

The holders of this card will receive a part of all GEM 3000 GEM will be distributed each cycle, in the form of dividends. As the card is scarcer, the fewer holders there are, the greater the amount they receive.

Bahana

CAN I CHANGE MY PASSWORD?

No. User accounts are accounts on the Ardor blockchain. Each password generates its public address in a unique way, so if you change your password, your address will change (and you will not have the cards you acquired with the previous one). You can have as many accounts as you like, but remember that each password is linked to a single account.

WHAT ARE THE USERNAME AND PASSWORD FOR?

For convenience of use, we have given the option of saving the passphrase locally. This way you won't have to copy it every time you buy a pack or place an offer to sell a card. For this, the passphrase is stored encrypted on your device, and is used through the password you set. It is very comfortable, but you have to remember that password and username belong only to your device, so they will not help you recover your account on other devices or in case of breakdowns. To keep your account safe you only have to keep the passphrase securely.
